Whether you’re looking to explore yoga for the first time or you’re a seasoned yoga student, you’ll find a welcoming place in our weekly class.

This particular yoga practice meets you wherever you are. For those new to yoga, TriYoga starts with basic yoga postures, helping to develop strength and flexibility over time and consistent practice. For those with more experience, TriYoga builds on the basics, offering options for more challenging postures.

Newbies and veterans alike will appreciate the focus on the breath. Rhythmic breathing helps the muscles to relax, creating an expansive experience for both the body and mind.
