Twilight Yoga & Sound Bath

Join us for a wonderful evening of self-care with Restorative Yoga + Sound in the great outdoors at NorthWoods Farm in Colley.
Come a half hour early to take a moment to try grounding (earthing) by walking barefoot in the grass or wade in the creek.
Stay after and enjoy the bonfire, bring your favorite beverage, and indulge in smores (provided) and camraderie.
Indoor area available if Mother Nature isn’t agreeable.

Yoga at Meditation Ledge

Come for a tranquil evening of yoga, breathing, and outdoor relaxation in the peaceful serenity of Meditation Ledge, located at The Summit: Center for Wellness campus in Laporte.
Park at the top of the driveway and take a short walk along the Summit Loop trail to Meditation Ledge.
Bring a yoga mat, bug spray, water, and dress in layers. You may also want to bring a blanket or rug for under your yoga mat.
The Summit Loop is located along Rt. 42 between Laporte and Eagles Mere. Look for The Summit: Center for Wellness sign, 0.65 miles from the courthouse headed towards Eagles Mere.
Gentle Yoga at The Dell

Enjoy a gentle yoga class hosted by the Eagles Mere Conservancy amidst the sights and sounds of nature.
Participants need a yoga mat/blanket/towel to lie on during the class. Dress in layers and bring bug spray.
